Select Call Centre Reviews: Customer Compliments

“Cabin to Castle Property Inspections Inc. called in to make some adjustments to their hours of operations and just wanted everyone at Select Call Centre to know that so far they are very happy with the services. All the OPs are very friendly and pleasant to speak to and he is very happy. They wanted to let the entire team know about this and advised to continue the great work! Good job team!”

Our team received a message from Stanley Construction Ltd. and they stated that they had a great first night after launch “It went perfectly! You guys have a great service :-)” Supervisor/Manager Remarks: “Great work everyone, first impressions are important!”

“Expert Insulation Contracting Ltd. was doing a test call and then advised that our team at Select Call had answered perfectly and that no one would know it was an answering service.”

“While following up on the account, Vara Management advised that they are very happy with the service, they noted the agents have been very good at passing on the urgent stuff, even if they had second guessed if it was passable or not. Vara Management also wanted to add that soon they will be adding 67 new properties (in ‘chunks’) and they are confident we’ll be able to help them manage them like pro’s.”

“We spoke to Dogwood Maintenance Ltd. this evening about a caller and while on the call they wanted to note that they have been very impressed with the service from Select Call as a whole.”

“Rexcourt Properties emailed updated client screens, in the email they stated “I don’t know how many staff you have working for you, but I am always impressed with how pleasant every phone call is. Very impressive. Ty. I love the service that you provide, Thank you again!” Supervisor/Manager Remarks: “Great job everyone. You guys work hard and even though it can be stressful at times, you are always pleasant and cheerful. Keep up the great work.”

“We called McLeod Realty & Management Ltd. and they said right off the bat how we are doing a good job! We followed up with McLeod Realty & Management Ltd. about how the service was going. They stated that all is going well so far. A few bumps but dramatically better than their last answering service. They wanted to make sure the team was told that they are doing a great job.”

“We called Capital Management about a concern. They said that everyone is doing a really good job at the calls and don’t seem to be missing anything that is outside of the box or important! They mentioned a call on the weekend that was from the Police on the main account and how it was great that it got through to them.”

“When calling Triovest to follow up on a concern, they said based on their autofax this morning they can tell our operators were “working their buns off” trying to reach someone for the messages. They said they really appreciate that.”

Hitch’Em Oilfield Hauling thanked us for “being so awesome in the middle of the night.” Supervisor/Manager Remarks: “Good job and keep up the good work, you’re always so cheerful and we love that about you!”

“North Parkland Power REA Ltd. emailed saying they are very pleased that the operators did such a great job using the new map/website instructions for their outage calls.”

“Pro Energy Inc. called to make a change to their account and advised that our team at Select Call is doing a great job and they are happy with the service.”

“Speaking to Horizon Dental about a concern, they advised that service is really helpful, and since we have figured out the “glitches” from when they first started, things have been great, and they are really happy with how things are.”

“Speaking to Legal Aid Alberta Youth Office about call instructions, they mentioned we do such a great job and handle their calls so well.”

“Caller advised operator that she did great and she is well educated. She appreciated the operator repeating the information to make sure the message was correct.”

“After assisting Horizon Housing Society with their calls, they stated that Select Call was “super friendly and a treat to talk with!” :-)”

“We had called Special Areas Board Parks Emergency Line about their usage and they advised that service has been going well, no complaints, and us handling calls allows them to attend to other tasks.”

“After taking the message the caller advised that Select Call was very good at what they do.”

“Our team just wanted to pass along a message that Red Deer County Fire Permits received this morning from a caller for a burn permit – they said that the operators they have spoken to have been very helpful and do a great job when they phone in and wanted us to pass that along.”
