Case Study

The Problem
A union for a specific trade was preparing for an upcoming election for their leadership. They had an online platform, but there were concerns that some members may have difficulty navigating the system, or finding answers to questions they might have. They needed calls to be answered in order to serve the members of their union around the clock.

The Set Up
After contacting Select, we determined the questions that would arise and designed answers to those questions. We set up a troubleshooting/tech support protocol in order to guide callers through the platform. We also designed a report structure that would keep all expenses transparent to meet the obligation of the union to report all expenses.

The Integration
We established the toll free line and went live. Because of the diligence of both the customer and ourselves, the whole program was working very well, straight out of the gate.

The Problem Solved
The election went smoothly. We handled quite a few calls, and we were able to help the process run well. Once the election was over, we received several compliments and we are looking forward to their next election!
