A property manager was having problems with his existing call centre and their ability to answer calls in time and deliver quality service to his tenants. There were complaints from numerous tenants and something needed to be done to improve the situation.
The Set Up
After contacting Select, we had him come into our office and we went over his preferences for the account. We uncovered some of the existing problems in the different buildings he was managing in order to deal with the recurring issues more effectively. We also built a list of his preferred vendors for dealing with plumbing, electrical, heating and locksmithing.
When the account went live, it took a few weeks before we had a crisis to deal with. Once a problem came up (a flood), we were able to respond quickly, dispatching a plumber on his behalf, right after he had been notified of the emergency. He was quite pleased with how our service allowed him to focus on resolving the issue without getting overwhelmed by communications and routine tasks.
