A couple of friends had built a business taking travellers on tours to different areas in the national park in Western Canada. The previous year, they had challenges managing all the calls that were coming in during the summer months especially. The Set Up
We had a call with them and went over the different services and tours they were offering and when they were available. We even helped them find some better solutions for booking and tracking their business. All in all, it took about 90 minutes to get all the details and develop a common understanding and good relationship with them.
They had requested that we get the account set up as soon as possible, so we did. Within a couple days, we had the account ready and they started forwarding their phones to us.
