Our Pricing Philosophy
Your pricing should be transparent, easy to understand and predictable.
1) We calculate by the second; we do not round.
Our price is for exactly what you use. When a call ends, it is the second that we track. At the end of the billing period, we round up or down depending on the decimal place.
2) We don’t have hidden fees.
The price is the price is the price. You don’t pay extra for holidays, tech upgrades, or any other extras. We believe in being upfront about our pricing because we want your business long-term, and a relationship tainted with deception is doomed to fail.
3) We use a progressive pricing model.
The more of our service you use, the less you pay per minute. Typically, once a customer comes onboard with us, they will gradually increase the amount they delegate to us. As our clients increase their confidence in our service, we increase the benefits they gain per dollar.
4) All services are billed at the same rate per minute.
Whatever work we are performing for you, it is all billed based on the time spent by the agent in your account. Enjoy any or all of our wide selection of services, and don’t worry about varying rates and confusing calculations.
5) We don’t use contracts.
Our guarantee of quality is also found in our lack of contracts. The only requirement we have is 30-day notice of cancellation. No contract means we take payment up front for the coming billing cycle.
