Calgary Answering Service

Select Call Centre answers the phone for Calgary businesses 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When you can’t pick up (after hours, on weekends and holidays, during your busiest hours, or all day as your virtual receptionist) a live, trained agent answers in your business’s name, takes care of the caller and gets the details to you.

Select has an office in Calgary, part of our team across Alberta.

After-hours answering in Calgary

When your office closes, your Calgary calls forward to us, usually with a short code on your phone line. We follow your instructions for every kind of call: urgent calls go to your on-call staff or are transferred to you, and everything else is sent to you as a text or email message, or as a summary at whatever interval you choose.

Who we answer for in Calgary

• Property managers: after-hours tenant calls (floods, lockouts, no heat) logged and passed to your on-call staff exactly as you instruct.
• Law firms and professional offices: courteous reception, new-client intake details and accurate messages, so a prospective client never hits voicemail.
• Clinics and medical offices: after-hours patient calls, appointment booking, and urgent messages to the provider on call.
• Contractors and home services: emergency service calls and new jobs captured while your crews stay on the tools instead of the phone.

We also answer for many other kinds of businesses. Tell us how your calls should be handled and we’ll build your account around it.
